DESCRIPTION:
The How Systemic Racism Works (HSRW) Research Assistant will work with Tricia Rose, Chancellor's Professor of Africana Studies and Director of The Center for the Study of Race and Ethnicity in America, to:

Build an annotated
bibliography
Transfer 1,200 citations from Excel
database to Zotero for use in manuscript footnotes, hyperlinks and
bibliography
Search, organize and analyze sources
as they are related to key policies and sub-topics for the
book.
This is a part-time, hourly position which is scheduled to start immediately and run through June 2021. Work can be done remotely from anywhere in the U.S. The successful candidate will work an estimated 20 hours per week at an hourly rate between $16 - $18.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Untenured and within 5 years of
Ph.D.
Strong research and project
administrative experience
Proficient in Excel, Zotero, and
other bibliographic management skills
