Position Summary:
This position will serve as a key research member of the University of Wisconsin Teleophthalmology Program (UWTOP). The mission of the UWTOP is to reduce health disparities by improving the quality, effectiveness, and implementation of telemedicine-based eye care through research and innovation ( https://eyephoto.wisc.edu ).
The Position will assist UWTOP investigators in a variety of research areas, including preparing implementation materials, presentations, and data for research projects as well as execution of research. Additionally, this position will play a key role in communicating with the community stakeholders, patients, providers, and other health care staffs.

Degree and Area of Specialization:
Bachelor's degree required; degree in Public Health or Health-related field preferred.
Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:
- Excellent communication skills particularly for developing strong working relationships with community partners, patients, providers, and other health care staff required.
- Experience working with patients or people with disabilities, conducting health services or clinical research, and working in multi-disciplinary health-related research teams preferred.
Prefix assignment determined by years of relevant work experience. A minimum of 7 years' experience is required for appointment at the senior level.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented with strong interpersonal, organizational, and management skills critical.
- Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Ability to plan, organize, lead and manage projects within deadline and budge parameters and achieve measurable results.
- Ability to take responsibility to meet deadlines and initiate tasks without close supervision.
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively.
