Position Summary:

Provides administrative leadership of the County Health Rankings & Roadmaps, working with program directors and teams to establish operations for a portfolio of work to advance the field of population health and equity. Plays a lead role in the planning and direction for administrative operations, including organizational capacity building for diversity, equity, and inclusion, budget management and reporting, This position will build synergies among projects, make the best use of program resources, and align projects with the defined strategic direction and goals of a national program.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Bachelor's degree required.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

At least four years of successful and relevant project management experience.

Competence with information technology software to support project management, business planning, and continuous quality improvement.

Comprehensive understanding and ability to develop and implement program operations, including processes and procedures, manage budgets and activities of outside contractors, manage internal communications, and monitor lifecycles for a varied portfolio of program activities for continuous quality improvement.

Strongly preferred with coordinating and implementing diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives

Experience and personal discipline to successfully manage multiple, complex, concurrent projects; meet deadlines with competing demands, and responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.

Successful candidates will:
- Have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail/quality.
- Be an excellent communicator, both oral and written, and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a broad array of entities, including program leadership and external partners, and funders
- Bring a positive, team-focused, and customer-service mindset.
- Have a passion for working as part of a program with the mission to advance population health and equity

Required experience with managing multipart projects and teams, including supervisory responsibilities
