Professor of Practice- Management and Business Data Analytics

Utica College, a small comprehensive college in Upstate New York, is seeking a non-tenure track professor of practice position in Management and Business Data Analytics, beginning August 1, 2021. This will be a two-year initial term. The successful candidate will possess contemporary and practical data analytics and data science skills, emphasizing their application in various business settings. They will also be able and willing to teach courses at both the undergraduate and graduate-level on campus, in hybrid and synchronous and asynchronous distance modalities. In addition to teaching business data analytics classes, there will be opportunities to teach courses in such areas as data science or management. The successful candidate must work well in a team-based environment as a member of a well-functioning and collegial faculty. Ongoing professional activity and service to the department, school, and college is also required. Terminal degree in business, data analytics, data science or related field is also required and relevant work experience is preferred.
