Position Summary:
This position is located within the WisCARES (Wisconsin Companion Animal Resources, Education, and Social Services) program and will function as an outreach specialist to assist clients and patients accessing WisCARES Homeless Support Services to connect with existing internal and external resources. This position works closely with a team of interdisciplinary staff and reports to the Director.
