Position Summary:

This position reports to the ICTR Administrative Director, providing responsive support for a wide range of administrative and operational requests, as well as leading larger projects and initiatives. The incumbent is expected to utilize a considerable amount of independent initiative and judgment, exercising a high level of administrative problem solving and analytic ability.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Bachelor's degree required.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

Required Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years of project management experience (managing tasks and deadlines, coordinating the work of others).
-Minimum of 1 year of communications experience (producing reports, process documents, marketing materials or other communication products for internal or external audiences).
-Experience providing logistical support for small and large meetings.
-Excellent organizational skills and strong detail orientation.
-Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
-Ability to handle sensitive issues and always maintain confidentiality.
-Strong enthusiasm and aptitude to learn and implement new technology (systems and tools).

Preferred Qualifications:
-Facility with virtual meeting platforms, such as Zoom, WebEx, and Teams.
-Facility with Cloud-based tools for storing and sharing information.
-Experience working with financial processes, such as making organizational purchases and tracking expenditures.

Prefix assignment determined by years of relevant work experience.

A minimum of 7 years' experience is required for appointment at the senior level.
