Position Summary

Seeking an enthusiastic, caring team player with excellent phone and communication skills to serve as a Customer Service Representative in the School of Dental Medicine’s Welcome Center.

Duties include:
  • Scheduling patients for dental students.
  • Patient check-in and check-out.
  • Payment transactions.
  • Use of electronic health record system.
  • Return phone messages.
  • Coordinate schedule changes with student, faculty and clinic coverage in mind.

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma and at least 1 year of customer service experience required. Basic computer skills required. Must be available to work rotating evening schedule. Must be detail oriented, effective with multi-tasking and time management, and willing to learn new skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s degree or minimum of 3 years of related experience preferred, preferably in a dental office.
