Lebanon Valley College has an opening for an admission counselor or an assistant director of admission, depending on prior experience. Reporting to vice president of enrollment, the counselor / assistant director is an effective and enthusiastic representative of Lebanon Valley College whose primary responsibility is to work within the recruitment process to meet the College’s enrollment objectives. Responsibilities include: regional travel, presenting to large and small groups, conducting one-on-one interviews, program coordination and supervision, evaluating prospective students on the basis of academic preparedness, while providing leadership for the College’s multicultural recruitment efforts, etc. Qualifications include: a bachelor's degree; 1-2 years of successful experience in the same or a related field, with a preference for those with experience at a private, residential liberal arts college; a valid driver’s license; and the availability for regional travel and evening and weekend work.
