The Lebanon Valley College Department of Financial Aid seeks a financial aid assistant and records coordinator. The financial aid assistant and records coordinator serves as the first line of contact for the financial aid office by managing phone calls, emails, appointments, and incoming and outgoing paperwork. Applicants must be able to work in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment while managing various job responsibilities. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent written and oral communication, organizational and collaboration skills, and administrative support experience preferred. This is a full-time, 12-month position.
