Governors State University is seeking to hire a CRM Implementation Assistant in the Enrollment Management department.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, project management skills, and knowledge of database and ERP systems. The candidate will need to be willing to learn CRM, write rules, and
create and implement training to Enrollment Management and members of the Academic Units.

CRM Management and Analysis.

Serve as a member of the CRM Implementation team and collaborate regularly with the Director of EM Technology and Admissions team to analyze business practices, assist in the creation of test plans and make decisions for the testing and implementation of Technolutions CRM SLATE .

Work closely with the Director of Enrollment Management Technology, Director of Graduate Admissions and Retention, and appropriate academic department personnel to analyze the business process for graduate admissions and create the admissions folder review process.

Create new forms and fields to include conditional logic to ensure that inquiry forms, and applications display the correct information for prospective students and applicants to the university. Create supplemental items and materials required for admission including but not limited to letters of recommendations, personal essays, transcripts, and test scores.

Build student portal environments for students, counselors, folder reviewers and athletics to view selective information for their program or audience.

Write SQL coding for proper querying and extracts of data to integrate with other 3rd party systems like Colleague ( ERP ), Perceptive Content (Document Imaging), and Teradata (Immigration/ SEVIS ).

Collaborate with the Director of Enrollment Management Technology to develop and execute a new employee account setup and training program for all CRM users.

Serve on committees as assigned.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel.

Salary Range: $33,841.23 to $38,917.41.
(This is a non-unionized position. Salary starts at the base and is determined based on Education and Experience exceeding the minimum qualifications).

Minimum Qualifications

1. High school graduation or equivalent.

2. Any combination totaling one (1) year from the following categories:

A. progressively more responsible work experience in an Information Technology (IT) related profession

B. college course work which included Information Technology (IT), or a closely related discipline, as measured by the following conversion table or its proportional equivalent:

- 60 semester hours or Associate’s Degree equals one (1) year

3. Experience Constituent Relationship Management ( CRM ) system.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Publisher, and PowerPoint.

Possess strong interpersonal skills, time management/multitasking skills, and attention to detail.

Three years of Supervisory experience.
