This position involves important data mining capability for current research projects. The individual to be hired will have prior experience as a medical scribe, making his/her ability to obtain data from the medical record under an IRB approved protocol possible. This assistance is critical for completion of the research projects currently underway and follow-on projects which will take place. The research assistant’s efforts will greatly improve the academic productivity of the research group he/she will join.

Required Qualifications

- Must possess strong critical thinking and complex problem solving skills and be a good communicator.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management, and oral and written English communication.
- Must be able to function independently with minimal guidance.

Preferred Qualifications

-Prior experience as a medical scribe
