Accounts Payable Analyst/Inventory Clerk

Salary Basis: 12 month

Responsibilities:
Process requisitions to purchase order status. Encumber travel. Pay direct pay invoices. Assign DSU inventory numbers to new items. Prepare monthly inventory report. Enter work orders for inventory disposals. Audit department inventories.


Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Knowledge of Banner software a plus. Experience with Microsoft Office products as well as accounting and accounts payable experience preferred.

This position requires a reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented person with good communications skills as well as bookkeeping, computer and problem solving skills.


Salary:
12 monthCommensurate with experience and qualifications
