Education Program Support Assistant (P/T, Grant Funded), CPRN23515AA
This person will be responsible for the recruitment of students into the Education pathways. They will also assist with activities and programs developed for students in the pathway, and they will aid in data collection to inform curricular and instructional decisions, at the direction of the Education full-time faculty.
- Provide support to the Education department at COD.
- Work closely with high school CTE programs in Illinois.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build a teacher mentor network.
- Recruit students for the Education pathways.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor degree in Technology and Engineering Education required.
Ilinois teacher licensure required.
Experience collecting and analyzing data required.
Strong computer experience and proficiency with Microsoft Platform or comparable software including word processing, database, spreadsheet, presentation and web page applications required.
Pleasant office environment with computer, printer, multi-line telephone, copier, audio visual equipment, fax machine and scanner.
Fast-paced setting, diversified, multiple/simultaneous demands, working with many units of the college and with external organizations.
Responsible for confidential materials and records.
