We are creating a new role: Senior Advisor, Academic Relations for North America, to support and advance Elsevier’s global objectives through focus on the US and Canada.  The Senior Advisor is responsible for building trust and influence with leading academic research institutions, identifying opportunities in which Elsevier can help research leaders, advise on collaborative initiatives, and share insights gained across Elsevier.

The ideal candidate will have held positions at the highest levels of academic leadership, demonstrate excellent ambassadorial skills and, deep knowledge of the North American higher education and research landscape, and have the capacity to collaborate with colleagues across Elsevier toward our shared commitment to help researchers advance science for the benefit of society. The time commitment and location of the position are flexible.
