Position Summary:

This position will provide graphic design work for the Wisconsin IceCube Particle Astrophysics Center (WIPAC). This includes editing and developing visual graphics to use in web, social media, video and print sources, and supporting the Education & Outreach team in upcoming events.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Bachelor's degree in the arts, graphic design or related field.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

Experience in an educational or scientific organization is required.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong design and production skills.
- Ability to take a project from concept to production including refinement and attention to project specifications.
- Ability to organize, multitask, and meet distinct deadlines while expressing a high degree of creativity.
- Effective communication, verbally and in writing, with internal and external collaborators.
- Ability to work productively both in team and independent environments.
