Job Description:

The Department of Residential Community Life at the State University of New York College at Oneonta invites applications for the position of Residence Managers. Three immediate openings are expected to start January 6, 2021 and run through May 28, 2021. These are live-in positions with fully furnished apartments.

Duties include but not limited to: the overall management of the residence hall including: assist in coordination of living/learning community of approximately 200 residents; assist in facilitation of positive community building; supervision of student staff; facility management/building administration; updates and maintains collegiate databases; and generally responsibility for the general condition of the residence hall. This position will report within the Residence Life department and will have some weekend and evening work.


Requirements:

Required qualifications: bachelor's degree; residential living experience.

Preferred: experience working with and serving diverse populations.
