The National Defense University (NDU,) a graduate level institution with five colleges and multiple centers of excellence focused on national security matters, is recruiting for Teaching Faculty to teach graduate level courses in support of the mission and academic programs of NDU through teaching, research, engagement and service.  Faculty prepares and conducts graduate-level seminar instruction in the interdisciplinary academic program, focused on national security topics and participate in the development and implementation of the University's academic programs, research and creation of scholarly knowledge.

Position requires a master's degree or other international equivalent terminal degree (doctorate preferred) from a regionally accredited university in a discipline directly related to national security;  a substantial record of excellence in teaching, research and outreach in a discipline related to national security strategy; knowledge of national security affairs, international relations, political economy, public policy, national security strategy formulation, national security decision making processes, and defense decision making processes; ability to collaborate across institutional boundaries and develop relationships with leaders across academia, government and industry.  Additional details on the position and application instructions are found at the following link:
