Position Summary:

This position is located within the WisCARES program and will function as an outreach coordinator to assist clients and patients accessing WisCARES Homeless Support Services connect with existing internal and external resources. This position works closely with the Care Coordination Team, a group of part-time student employees, and reports to the Director.
