(03-311-162) [CNM/Certified Nurse-Midwife] The Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences, University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore is hiring a full-time faculty position to join a well-established group of 8 CNMs in the Division of Midwifery. The position is primarily a clinical one that includes full-scope care for our midwifery clients in several ambulatory care offices and at our affiliated hospital - University of Maryland Medical Center. The women we care for are from a diverse community, offering clinical challenges as well as great rewards. Expected faculty rank is Instructor or higher, however, rank, tenure status, and salary will be dependent upon selected candidate's qualifications and experience. Qualifications :

Candidate must have at least a master's degree and have AMCB certification as a nurse-midwife. The applicant for this position should have two or more years of current full-scope experience with a commitment to collaborative practice, and a strong interest in resident, medical student, and midwifery education.
