The Department of Psychology at Auburn University at Montgomery invites applications for an Assistant Professor in Industrial and Organizational Psychology to begin in August 2021.
Candidates for the Industrial and Organizational Psychology position must have a Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology and be able to teach courses such as Industrial Psychology, Advanced Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and Professional Issues in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
Successful candidates will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in their areas of expertise, develop and maintain an active research program that allows for student involvement, academically advise Psychology majors, and provide service to the department, college, and university.
