Assists the Head Baseball Coach in the total administration and coordination of the baseball program.

Recruiting, conducting practices and off-season conditioning, scheduling of games, travel arrangements, fundraising, and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach & Athletic Director.

Required Qualification

Previous coaching or playing experience.

Technical knowledge of the sport of baseball.

Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Proven ability to work effectively and constructively with persons of diverse cultures, language groups, and abilities; demonstrate sensitivity to and ability to work with the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds of community college students, faculty, and staff, including those with disabilities; establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.

Desired Qualifications

Previous coaching experience at the high school or college level.
