Position Summary
You will manage a human uterine biology laboratory research effort. You will interface with the P.I., Dr. Taylor, on a daily basis and with clinical collaborators to collect samples and establish cell lines for molecular investigation. You must have a strong understanding of endometrial physiology and pathophysiology.

Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate degree.
The candidate will be an experienced cell and molecular biologist, with expertise in primary human endometrial cell isolation, culture and analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
An MD degree and prior endometrial biology experience and a strong publication in the field are preferred. Experience with mouse models, pharmacology and pharmacokinetics also is preferred.

Under Dr. Taylor’s supervision, you will:
- direct medical and graduate students, residents, clinical
fellows, postdocs and visiting faculty on collaborative
studies,
- critique the current literature, prepare publication quality
reports, graphs, figures and illustrations for posters,
presentations, grant preparation and publications, and
- work independently using current methods including but not limited to ELISA, Western blot, immuno-histo- and –cytochemistry, FACS, microarray, qRT- PCR, cloning and transfection.
