Summary
Applicant will have an important role in supporting the Department of Molecular and Genetics diversity and inclusion efforts. Activities include developing initiatives to address the shortage of under-represented groups in medical genetics and genetics and genomics in graduate training programs. The applicant will use research education training to address these challenges at local, regional, and national levels. This position will also provide oversight, guidance and assessment on faculty diversity, inclusion, and equity in the department.
