Candidates must hold an earned doctorate in Instructional Leadership or the equivalent. A minimum of three years of preK-12 experiences as an assistant principal, principal, or district level administrator is required and experience in public schools is preferred. The successful candidate will teach in an online, face-to-face and/or off-site setting. The candidate will teach graduate level instructional leadership courses, supervise leadership experiences in school and school district settings, develop and maintain university-school relationships, collaborate with diverse populations, and assume other teaching and professional responsibilities. Evidence of scholarly productivity or a well-developed research agenda is preferred.
