Clinical Assistant/Associate/Full Professor (66955)
The University of Florida College of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry is currently recruiting for Psychiatrists for the Adult Psychiatry Division. This is a full-time (1.0 FTE), multi-mission, non-tenure track position. This position will serve an active role in the clinical, educational, and scholarly life of the Department and the College of Medicine. Duties may include providing outpatient care, consult liaison, and inpatient care as appropriate to patients needing quality care at Shands Psychiatric Hospital and UF Health at Springhill Clinic in Gainesville, FL. Individual will also serve as in important academic faculty as both a teacher and mentor for medical students, interns, training residents, and fellows.
Rank is commensurate with education and experience.
Applicant must be Board Certified and/or Board Eligible M.D. in Psychiatry and must have or able to obtain a state of Florida Medical License.
The successful applicant will have a demonstrated record of clinical excellence, experience serving vulnerable populations, as well as scholarly or teaching interest in an academic medical center.
