The Department of English at American University of Sharjah seeks a full-time faculty member with the ability to teach broadly across fields of undergraduate literature, general education, and academic writing but with a particularly strong research and teaching profile in Early Modern and Renaissance studies. 

 

A PhD in a relevant field is required. Successful candidates will have a strong record of excellence in teaching, ongoing scholarly publication and a demonstrated commitment to productive institutional service.
