Assistant Professor of Nursing

The School of Nursing at Belmont University is seeking applications for a tenure track faculty positions at the rank listed above beginning August 1, 2021. Job responsibilities include undergraduate teaching in the area of adult health in a concept based curriculum. This position may teach in classroom, clinical, and/or simulation lab courses. Additional responsibilities include academic advising, student mentoring, scholarly activity, student recruitment and college and university service.  A master’s degree in a clinical area of nursing from an accredited program is preferred.  An earned doctorate in nursing or related field is required.  Candidates currently pursuing a doctorate will be considered.
