As part of its strategic vision, the college recently launched The Next Carson Coug, a successful undergraduate curriculum ensuring students have the key skills needed for professional success. Smaller, highly interactive classes, first-generation programming, industry engagement, and case-based teaching are among the opportunities faculty will encounter as part of the college’s goal to be recognized as the first choice for business education in the Pacific Northwest. These efforts, along with continuous innovation, a goal of 50% growth in the online MBA program, and continued emphasis on high quality, scholarly research are a vital part of establishing the college as the model business school for tomorrow’s land-grant university.

The five permanent tenure-track positions, described further below, are in the areas of Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Management Information Systems, and Marketing. All positions are subject to budget approval.
