The School of Nursing is seeking a Research Assistant on the “A Formative Evaluation of a Mobile Market to Increase Access and Consumption of Vegetables among Low-Income Older Adults during the COVID -19 Pandemic” to assist the Principle Investigator with participant recruitment, enrollment, tracking, and verification of data in the database. The RA will assist with coordination of efforts between Shalom Farms and will assist the PI with preparation of knowledge dissemination products (e.g., manuscripts, presentations), and other similar duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

-Competence in Microsoft Office Suite
-Ability to work with an interprofessional team
-Ability to work in a diverse work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience with community-based organization focusing on food insecurity in Richmond
-Experience with research studies
-Evidence of effective communication with research participants
-Completion of research ethics training ( CITI )
