Position Summary:

Plans, coordinates, and implements clinical placement of nursing students for assigned programs; interprets learning experiences/needs of students, in consultation with relevant faculty, and students to capabilities of clinical agency; serves as a liaison between the Clinical Placement Office, faculty, medical office staff or office manager of clinical agencies; recruits new preceptors/clinical agencies and maintains ongoing relationships with existing preceptors/clinical agencies.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

* Experience in healthcare, education, or recruiting and/or outreach (internships applicable)
* Ability to problem-solve
* Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism
* Excellent written communication skills
* High level of attention to detail and organization
* Ability to manage data; intermediate Excel skills; experience and high comfort level working with
information systems and reporting tools
