The Champlain College Enrollment Operations Team is in search of a systems thinker able to comprehend system configuration, process, analyze, and communicate on all technical and data-related aspects of the enrollment process.
The Sr. Coordinator of Enrollment Management supports
the Operations Manager in designing and delivering comprehensive
training and support to internal users in areas related to records
management, data retention, and online applications. The audience
for training and support consists of Champlain College Admissions
Current systems include TargetX/Salesforce (CRM),
Colleague (administrative information system), Conga (document
management), and ImageNow (document imaging
- Assist in troubleshooting system errors.
- Maintain, manage, and report on applicant status changes working with partners such as Financial Aid. Student Accounts, and Residential Life.
- Manage and build templates, reports, and quick merges.
- Coordinate with Director of Admissions on majors and deferrals.
- Create and maintain a daily report of Admissions updates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, and staff regarding portfolio submission.
- Perform duplicate record auditing and resolution on a routine basis.
- Assist in application processing.
- Work closely with Marketing to determine timing and update copy.
- Answer phone calls and responding to emails.
The successful completion of a criminal background check is required as a condition of employment.
