UC Online is seeking an Enrollment Services Advisers to support prospective students through the process to create their better future.

The Enrollment Services Advisor is responsible for assisting prospective students through the admissions process, from inquiry to first registration. With a focus on building rapport and professional relationships with prospective students, the Enrollment Services Advisor answers a prospective student's questions about his or her program of interest and the application process and works with the prospective student to overcome concerns about his or her academic career. The Enrollment Services Advisor also conducts interviews with prospective students to qualify and assess their fit with their program of interest.

Enrollment Services Advisors are an integral part of cross functional teams, which includes marketing managers and student success coordinators as well as academic leadership, for their assigned programs. On these teams, an Enrollment Services Advisor will be expected to present information about the status of his or her prospective student pipeline, including relevant quantitative and qualitative information that informs the UC Online student support lifecycle. Along with the rest of the UC Online Team, Enrollment Services Advisors are responsible for managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), using these metrics to assess the performance and efficacy of UC Online's processes. As part of the UC Online team, Enrollment Services Advisors will also be expected to contribute to UC Online's success with additional responsibilities from time to time as required by the students and programs we support.

This position is based on the UC Main Campus, and the selected candidates will be expected to work on-campus.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with two (2) years’ experience; -OR- Associate's degree with three (3) years’ experience; -OR- five (5) years’ experience

Additional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of college admissions and recruitment
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM usage, specifically Salesforce
  • Experience in sales, recruitment, or admissions, preferably one (1) year in an outbound recruitment office
