Job Summary

The Graduation Analyst coordinates the audit process for all potential graduates and will serve as the expert on degree and certificate requirements to communicate with students, faculty, and staff regarding these policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree
-One year office experience
-Proven record of accuracy and attention to detail in work
-Ability to learn and effectively operate new software programs
-Strong commitment to excellent customer service
-Ability to communicate effectively and confidentially
-Strong organization and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

-One year of experience working with student records or other confidential materials
-Experience working with Banner student information system
