McPherson College seeks an assistant professor in Business. Study in the field of Management is required and study in the field of Economics is desired. This is a tenure-track position starting in August 2021. This position also involves advising, mentoring, and support of the department.

A master’s degree and experience in business are required. A doctoral degree, graduate study in economics, and teaching experience are preferred.

The right candidate will demonstrate potential for teaching excellence, the ability to function collegially in a small college environment, and a commitment to the liberal arts.
