Open Rank Non Tenure-Track Positions in Management & Entrepreneurship, Kelley School of Business

The Management and Entrepreneurship Department at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University-Bloomington seeks applications for open rank non-tenure track faculty positions in the Organizational Behavior and Human Resources area, to begin fall 2021.   The ideal candidate would have experience teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels.   For a candidate to be considered at the Clinical rank, a Ph.D., DBA degree or ABD status, in a relevant field is required, as well as significant professional experience.  For a candidate to be considered at the Lecturer rank a master’s degree is required and significant professional experience is highly desirable.  Teaching experience with large class sizes is also highly desirable. The primary teaching responsibilities involve Organizational Behavior and Human Resources, but possibly include teaching in other related areas. We would be pleased to hear from candidates who will advance the School’s diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
