Assistant/Associate Professor of Leadership Education
Winona State University Invites you to join our Community of Learners as an Assistant/Associate Professor of Leadership Education. This appointment is a probationary/tenure-track appointment with an expected start date of August 16, 2021. Duties associated with this position include teaching M.S., Ed.S., and licensing courses that may include, but are not limited to, Change Leadership; Scholarship; Capstone; School Law; Educational Governance/Policy/Politics; Context of Ed Leadership; Curriculum Planning, Development, and Diverse Learners; Education Finance; Human Resources and Collective Bargaining; The Principalship; Admin Decision Making; Supervision and Curriculum Development: An Action Research Approach; K–12 Principal Internships; and Communications. Minimum qualifications for this position are (1) an earned doctorate in higher education administration, organizational leadership or a relevant discipline such as education leadership; (2) six years as a school or organizational leader; (3) evidence of research and/or grant writing commensurate with career experience; and (4) demonstrated commitment to quality teaching.
