Clinic Practice Manager

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Campus Director you will join a team of passionate staff who are playing their part in making sure that we are here to deliver an exceptional learning experience for students.

On a typical day in this role you will:

  • Bring together all the relevant stakeholders and deliver a high quality clinic experience for student practitioners, clinic customers and clinic supervisors
  • Implement the Clinic business and marketing plan in collaboration with relevant staff from across all colleges
  • Work with key partners and internal stakeholders to increase client usage of the clinic
  • Implement best practice initiatives through user feedback, involvement in professional networks, benchmarking and liaison with peers in the sector
  • Manage and coordinate a staff of 6 to ensure consistent implementation of processes and excellent customer service
  • Management of dispensary stock across the programs, in collaboration with the academic teaching teams, including inventory management and relationships with suppliers

  • This is a Permanent Full Time position based in Fitzroy Victoria.

    Who are you?
    To be successful in the Clinic Practice Mangerposition you will have:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Experience in running a service business (such as a clinic or dispensary preferred)
  • Experience managing and leading a team in a service environment
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Time management and prioritisation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
    Exceptional organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude
  • Knowledge and experience of relevant legislation including requirements applicable to inventory management, therapeutic goods regulation and privacy and health records
