Purpose of Position

Reporting to the VP of Enrollment and Degree Management, this position will innovate business-focused analytics solutions that enable informed, strategic, data-driven decision making across all departments, particularly with a focus on Accelerated Online and online education. Works closely with the business areas and online education, with an understanding of the University’s processes and the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Responsible for various activities including the collection, analysis, and reporting of University data. Organizes, develops, and delivers ad-hoc queries and reports to University stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities

Collect, organize, summarize, and analyze data from a variety of sources.

Design, develop and implement interactive reports and analysis to provide insights and make recommendations.

Utilize advanced data visualization techniques to track key performance indicators.

Provide benchmarking and assessment outcomes of strategic initiatives.

Perform basic statistical analyses to identify trends and opportunities.

Present/disseminate findings to University constituents.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 2 years related experience required.

Microsoft Office, ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities, excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact with individuals at all levels and work as a team, strong initiative and end-user oriented.
