Standardized Patients are used in medical simulations to create realistic educational encounters with medical students. Students gain valuable experience practicing communication and exam techniques.
•Must be agreeable to being examined by medical students of either gender.
• Be reliable and punctual.
•Be at least 18 years of age.
•Must have regular and reliable access to email and have a working phone number.
• Experience in the field of acting or role-play
• Experience in giving feedback in basic communication skills
• An interest in medicine or medical education
• Presents professional demeanor around other staff and client
