Reporting to Chris the Campus Safety Security Manager you will join a team of passionate staff who are playing their part in making sure that we are here to deliver an exceptional learning experience for students.

We are looking for a casual Duty Manager that is honest, reliable and possesses high level integrity to ensure the safety and security of the Blue Mountains International Hotel Management school campus in Leura and the Nesuto Hotel during and after business hours and provides support where necessary to student Duty Managers when they are on shift.

On a typical day you will:

Effectively deal with any issues in relation to safety, health and welfare of students, guests and or staff at both Leura campus and Nesuto Hotel.

This is a casual role based in Leura starting December 2020.

Who are you?

To be successful in the Duty Manager position you will have:

  • Evidenced supervisory experience within a hotel or other similar industry dealing with people
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Pro-active and highly motivated to work independently
  • Ability to engage with students from different cultures
  • Working with children check or willingness to obtain one
