Residence Hall Assignment & Systems Coordinator


Location: Moscow

Pay Range: $15.74 per hour or higher depending on experience and education

Full/Part Time: Full Time

Position Summary:
This position provides direct coordination of residence hall housing application and assignments; residence hall, residential meal plan billing functions and error reporting. They will assist with assessment & implementation of housing assignment processes within the electronic Housing management system (StarRez), and provide a high level of customer service to students, prospective students, visitors and parents.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years professional experience in:
• collecting and analyzing data, and generating reports
• processing financial transactions in a computerized accounting system
• working in a customer service environment


Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in housing/residential life
• Experience working in housing management system
• Experience working in Banner or CSGold
• Experience providing electronic systems support
