Qualifications:
OPS 568, Data Visualization and Story Telling (2 Quarter Units)

Winter Quarter, Saturdays 2/27, 3/13, 3/20 from 8:00 AM to 12:00PM (Online). Every Tuesday evening, 2/23 - 3/16 from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Online) Course Modality: 100% Online. Applicant must reside in California.

This course prepares students to create compelling narratives to effectively present the results of their data driven analysis. Students learn various techniques and tools to present analytical results visually, communicate information clearly, and articulate the business insights effectively. Students learn data visualization software packages (e.g. Tableau) to present data effectively and dynamically.

Qualifications

- Ph.D. degree in Business Analytics or a closely related field and a recent publication record in the field, OR

- A Master’s degree in Business Analytics or a closely related field and five years of current, relevant professional experience.
