Job Summary

Teach in the Hospitality Management area, with specific emphasis in food industry compliance and safety. Implement course and program assessment of student learning outcomes. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree
-GAP Auditor Training certification
-Produce Safety Alliance Training certification
-Demonstrated teaching experience
-Experience with food safety management
-Experience with produce safety grower training
-Strong oral and written communication skills
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Knowledge of FSMA Produce Safety Rules and other regulations related to producer food safety practices

Preferred Qualifications

-A sensitivity to, and understanding of, the diverse backgrounds of community college students
