Assistant Professor of Mathematics

Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a full-time, nine-month, tenure track Assistant Professor of Mathematics faculty position in the Department of Mathematics that begins in August 2021.

 

Successful applicants will be strongly committed to inclusive teaching practices and student success and be ready to invest deeply in KSU students. They must also show potential for establishing an outstanding research program and securing external funding. We are particularly interested in applicants who can complement and enhance current department research in numerical analysis, mathematical modeling, mathematical biology, partial differential equations and stochastic modeling, but we welcome applications from a broad range of mathematical analysis disciplines. Professional service to the department, college, university and/or the professional community is also required.

 

This position requires an earned Ph.D. degree (or the foreign equivalent) in Mathematics by August 1, 2021.
