Position Summary:
This position provides administrative and academic support as well as customer service to faculty, staff, and graduate students by advising, interpreting and explaining University and COGS academic rules and policies. Duties include creating, analyzing and evaluating various college forms for compliance with the University and COGS' rules, and providing excellent customer service with phone, email, and walk-in traffic. Travel may be required to campus locations across the state.
