The University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UA Little Rock) invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor (R0001309) position in Business Information Systems within the School of Business beginning fall 2021. The School of Business is AACSB accredited and is ranked among Best Business Programs by the US News and World Report, Best Colleges Edition, 2021. This position is governed by state and federal laws, and agency/institution policy.

All areas of information systems and analytics expertise are invited to apply, with priority given to Business Analytics and Business Information Systems/IT Strategy. 

Responsibilities:  Must demonstrate (1) the ability to provide instructional excellence for both campus and online courses in areas of specialization; (2) a planned research agenda consistent with expectations of an AACSB-accredited program; (3) interest in participating in student-centered service activities; and (4) commitment to diversity and university initiatives supportive of diversity.

Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D. in information systems or business or D.B.A. with an emphasis in information systems or related area (ABD acceptable) from an AACSB-accredited university.

Preferred Qualifications: Teaching and professional work experience desired.
