Job Description:

Lesley seeks a Human Resource Generalist, who will implement and deliver key HR solutions across all functional areas of HR, supporting the full employee life-cycle.

The selected individual, reporting to the Director of Human Resources, is responsible for supporting a wide range of human resources functions including but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation and benefits administration, HRIS, and compliance; works collaboratively to implement and administer HR policies, practices and procedures and actively contributes to the overall goals and priorities of Lesley University and the Office of Human Resources; completes personnel transactions and maintains associated records; is guided by integrity, discretion and dignity, and shall expect and encourage such conduct by others; collects and analyzes internal and external information in order to compare the University's HR practices to those prevailing in the market; partners with other members of the HR team and employees across the University; and oversees special projects within the HR department, both as an individual contributor and as a member of a team.


Requirements:

The successful candidate will have at least four years of relevant experience; has demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of the functional areas of HR; has a strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism; possess strong organizational skills and able to plan, prioritize and organize project work, at times with competing priorities; have strong analytical, emotional intelligence, and communication skills required; be able to build collaborative relationships within department as well as across the University; and have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or other related field.
