The Arkansas Public Administration Consortium (APAC) invites applications for APAC Program Manager (R0001272).  This position leads the Arkansas Certified Public Manager® (CPM) Program which is a nationally accredited, comprehensive leadership program committed to developing exceptional public managers. This position will oversee program management, marketing, recruitment, evaluation, strategic development, instruction, and alumni engagement. The Program Manager also serves as a valuable member of the APAC team which is located in the School of Public Affairs at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Required Education or Experience: Bachelor’s degree; Four (4) or more years of experience in training, program management, and/or conference/event planning; Program evaluation experience; Extensive experience with Microsoft Office products.

Preferred Education or Experience: Master’s degree in a relevant field; CPM program completion; Work in/with the public sector in Arkansas; Experience with adult education, teaching, creating online learning experiences with significant engagement, marketing programs, program strategic planning, and/or mentoring professionals.
