In this role, you will primarily manage the operations of the QCard
Transact system within the University Applications Department of
Information Technology Services.

Specialist II to primarily manage the operations of the QCard
Transact system within the University Applications Department of
Information Technology Services.

Responsibilities:
A minimum of 3 years of related experience including support of
applications, databases and/or systems
Knowledge of computer and/or network security systems,
applications, procedures, and techniques
Knowledge of a university environment, along with knowledge of
Transact Campus software, and work order processing software a
plus
Valid driver's license required: driving
between campuses is a requirement of the position
Strong communication and follow-up response time skills
Ability to effectively problem-solve issues to resolution
Ability to work independently
Ability to deal with simultaneous tasks
Must possess a high level of customer service skills and
participate as strong, collaborative team player
Strong organizational skills
Ability to reconcile financial cash management matters
The ability to work effectively with a wide range of
constituencies in a diverse community

- Become the primary support contact with the Transact Campus software application
- Manage QCard support requests from on and off campus point of sale providers
- Provide front line customer support for QCard production and replacement.
- Interface with on campus food service and campus bookstore operations as well as local merchants for support of the use of the QCard
- Provide regular and ad hoc reporting from the Transact Campus system to internal offices
- Manage multiple hardware devices used for QCard operations,
- Provide support for special events utilizing QCard operations
- • Bachelor’s degree
• Equivalent experience may substitute for the above qualification
