Position Summary:

Carries out patient care in accordance with physicians' orders under the guidance and direction of the registered nurse in charge. Administers prescribed medications and treatments, observes and records effects of medications, and observes and reports patient reactions to treatments or any unusual conditions.

Currently certified in Basic CPR.
Certified or eligible for certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Ability to perform technical patient care services where identifiable results are obtained and instructions are well defined.

License or Certificate:

Certified as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
